Delivery will take approximately 1 to 2 days. For pre-orders, please allow 3 to 15 days for delivery.

Yes, refunds are possible. We offer a 100% refund within 3 days after order placement. After 3 days, only a 50% refund is available. Please note that items that are scratched, have a broken warranty seal, or come with an open box are not eligible for a refund.
